Summary process

Start with the campus, not the file

At this stage, applicants do not need to present their complete file. The first step is to visit the chosen campus to receive the exact instructions.

01Visit the chosen campus

The applicant goes either to N’djili or Lingwala to receive registration information specific to that campus.

 02Confirm the programme

Each campus informs applicants about open programmes, procedures, dates and applicable fees.

 03Take the scheduled test

A test date is communicated to applicants. The complete file is not required before this step.

 04Finalize after the test

After the test, the applicant gathers the requested documents and pays the registration and other indicated fees.

After guidance at the chosen campus, a test date is communicated to applicants. After the test, the applicant receives instructions to gather documents and pay the required fees.
